VBM Precision Machine specializes in small scale Precision Machining, prototype & low volume short runs.

Parts are machined from metal and plastic blocks, round stock and sheet.

We use Vertical and Horizontal Machining to create simple and complex precision parts to your design.

We are able to produce machined components up to the following dimensions:

• Maximum Rectangle: 10” x 20” x 3”
• Maximum Diameter Round Bar:  1” x 1 ½”
• Maximum Diameter Round Disc: 10” x 2”

Tolerance

• Standard Plastic Machining Tolerance: +/-0.001 in. (+/-0.0025mm)
• Standard Metal Machining Tolerance: +/-0.001 in. (+/-0.025mm)
